	Notification of Abstract Acceptance	March 15, 2018 (** Post deadline abstracts will be posters only)

How to submit?

Sign up or log into the online system	Select a topic to present your abstract	Fill out author information	Fill out abstract contents in the system and click the save button	After the paper submission, corresponding author will receive the confirmation letter within a week by e-mail.

Submission Guideline

• You are required to submit abstract via On-line Abstract Submission System. Please be input your abstract into the system directly.
• Abstract should be written within 1,500 characters. (with space)
• Before the submission, please select your preferred type of your presentation (Oral or Poster). The accepted presentation and type will be notified after review process accordingly.
• In order to modify or replace the submitted abstract files, you need to click “Modify” button after login with your ID and PW by February. 26, 2018.

Notification of Acceptance

Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding and presenting (submitting) authors by 15 of March, 2018. If you have not received the notification, please send the email to the secretariat with your abstract information (icsm2018@icsm2018.com). If your abstract is accepted, please be sure to register no later than April 15, 2018. If you register late, your abstract may not be included in the Conference Abstract Book.
